Good, but with a few deficiencies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the dishwasher for about month. Bought it because it was the only high-end model available at the time. Pros: It does a really good job of cleaning, even cookware with baked on food. Super quiet...you can barely hear it. The "refresh" cycle is useful for rinsing items before you have a full load. Cons: Expensive. Top rack for utensils is a surprisingly poor design, namely, the top rack is divided in two parts with a ridge in the middle that makes it too narrow to accept many normal length knives, forks, and spoons. That's not readily apparent until you try loading utensils in the top rack, Our prior Miele had a simple, flat, open, unobstructed top rack that my wife loved. Anyway, the result is that we don't use the top rack very often. We were told that JennAir is going to discontinue that rack design, which it should do. Another deficiency is that the middle rack can only be adjusted to either a "high" or "low" position. We've found a number of times that an intermediate adjustment is needed to get the right clearance, but the necessary adjustment is not an option. The result is that to have the wash arm clear dinner plates in the lower rack, the middle rack must be raised to the point where the upper rack can knock cups off of the middle rack shelves. I wonder if the JennAir engineers ever actually wash dishes? Bottom line: almost great, but I would recommend a dishwasher with better rack design.
Cons: Hard To Use

Great design, features, and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my dishwasher 6 weeks ago and really like it. The interior design, interior lights, smooth gliding racks, and high capacity interior make this a great choice. It washes great, and I've tested it on baked on food and cheese, and it always comes clean. One footnote is that a normal cycle last around three hours and twenty minutes. This is not a problem for me but some may not like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance as a replacement for a 15.5 year old Jennaire dishwasher. Due to my positive experience with my previous dishwasher. A bit of brand loyalty was apparent in our decision. This new dishwasher is has not disappointed in any way. Features are simple yet complete. Some features, like connecting to Alexa, are not relevant in my use of it
