Quiet but strange to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually buy bosch but due to covid, there are none available. We used to have a Jennair range, so we are familiar with the brand. This dishwasher is so quiet - we barely hear it working. This is great but the only thing is - it is very hard to load. Our regular plates don't really fit. So that's why I couldn't give it a 5.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Dishwasher Safe, Quality Construction
Cons: Hard To Use

So Far Excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our dishwasher for about a month. Our dishes have never been cleaner. The machine feels substantial. Previous appliances have flaked out very quickly, so hoping paying an investment price makes a difference!

Better user manual needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use of racks is never explained. Tall glassware is knocked over by upper rack. ( I wish I could remove it!!). Not as easy too load as my former (GE) dishwasher. Not clear how to properly fill drying solution. Users instructions are terse. No helpful details on jenn-air website either.
