an upgrade that i dont quite understand YET

I did a bit of research before purchasing this router. I needed something that had parental controls at the router level, something dual band, and something that was going to support at least 30 devices. There is a lot that this device can do that I dont understand yet, but Im learning new features and how they work, or dont work, quickly. I havent quite figured out why my 5G signal constantly drops for no apparent reason, but I have no doubt I will figure it out soon.

The range on this router is great! I did have to call tech support to get it fully set up, but once it was set up it’s been worth the effort!

Great Router

This was a replacement for an old Netgear router. This one had many more features and was more powerful. 5G was fast and 2G reached farther than my current router. Very happy. Only knock was I should have waited a bit because the price dropped.

Easy to install

I procrastinated on installing this. Cause I thought it would be alot of registration and complicated IT procedures. But I was wrong . Installed with in 10 mins! My WIFI is now available throughout my entire home (1700 sqft) even works outside while I stream my music. Only thing is it disconnected a couple of times , on its own. Not sure why , but just had to unplug and replug. I love the app you can see what devices are connected to the WIFI and you disconnect them from the app
