Great nighthawk device!

Their customer service is awesome and I was able to get very knowledge help. The agent stayed with me through the process of getting me set up and going and I felt very taken care of. This company has always been wonderful to work with and I’ll be a customer for a long time.

Hard to set up

It’s hard to set up and figure out the safety features. Also it’s misleading that you have to pay for those safety features in order to enjoy the full security of the device.

This is my third, yes third Netgear Nighthawk AC2300 Dual Bank Smart WiFi Router. It does its job, and I won't go further than that in any form of praise. Why am I on my third router? There must be an underlying issue. Other than it dying, it does the job it is supposed to do. So for that I gave it 4 stars. Good luck with customer service, be sure to block off at least a day to deal with them helping with any issues.

Great at first

Router worked amazing for a little while until it started having intermittent issues. Would always have wifi and loss internet connection. No ISP issues causing this either. Always kept up to date and didn't make a difference. Got to the point it would have to be restarted on a daily basis before replacing.
