Overall a great router

Needed to replace an older Apple wireless router, and the Netgear was a fairly easy setup, and has doubled the speed of my wireless access to my laptop, iMac, and iPad. An excellent value.

Lots of new router features

I love this router. I upgraded from a Netgear r6200 when I was told it was bad (it wasn't). However, I'm glad I did. This thing is blazing fast, great range (no longer need the extended I had), and it has some nice new features like mobile control, parental stuff, QR codes for sharing WiFi, and smart connect.

I enjoy having full access and control of my subnet hosts. The router does a great job in prioritizing and allocating bandwidth to the device who is in greater demand plus the range is quite decent.
