My daughter bought a new laptop and was having issues with my existing OLD wifi. It was time for an upgrade and I bought the Nighthawk. Daughter is happy and online without issues!

With the Nighthawk mobile app, the router install was fast and simple. Works great and speed is excellent. Great product. Only negative perhaps is the brightness of the lights at night but not an issue.

Netgear’s app and interface make setup excruciating & frustrating. Their customer service is only available by subscription. I have to login into netgear app to access the router, then I have to log into my router. I don’t remember that password and instead of having a normal forgot your password query, it takes me to a sketchy 3rd party website to re-enter my router username and password, which I don’t remember. There’s probably a simple solution I’m missing, but unless I’m willing to buy customer service, I’m SOL. God bless

I have not had any issues with this router. It is simple to setup, and easy to keep track of all your devices. I would recommend this product for people who have many devices in the home
