Nighthawk Wi-Fi router

Not sure what happened but after setting this up for a client the Wi-Fi radios stopped working right as I was about to walk out the door. I’ve never seen this behavior in any other product. After several reboots and the radios not turning back on, I did a factory reset and had to completely reconfigure the Wi-Fi router. I lost nearly an hour of time because of this. Inexcusable.

Great WiFi Router

The setup was simple and the features are great. I had 30 devices on wifi with drops so I got the Nighthawk which solved all issues. The range is also longer.

This router has worked well for our 2500 sq ft home w many Alexa devices/smart plugs along w streaming 2-3 TVs at once.

Inconsistent

Easy installation, good coverage when it’s working. Biggest drawback is the lack of consistency in holding the internet. Goes offline frequently. Updated firmware etc. to no avail. Lack of dependability is frustrating.

I got some great tech support when first purchased that resulted in a seamless installation.
