THE ABSOLUTE WORST

I have had this router for well over a year. It has constantly caused issues. It works for a while, then starts choking bandwidth - or dropping 5g - or dropping both.
I have spend countless hours troubleshooting - checked with ISP for lines/equipment. Updated firmware, rolled back firmware, resets, reboots, replace wires, changed settings as recommended on netgear support forums, etc.
It never lasts.
The pandemic has made this router go from a frustration, to a major problem. 2 kids learning at home, 1 parent working from home. Crappy unreliable internet access is a major problem.
I will never buy another netgear product again, and I will strongly caution anyone else against them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally, a streaming router that stays connected

I DJ Virtual events and work from home. We have over 10 devices connected everyday and it works great. The app is pretty cool as well.
