It was a easy set up , everything was explained great and step by step setup we been having WiFi issues like crazy and we just got a new System and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough and this was great for it

Just set up a couple weeks ago. Easy set up and got the Netgear VPN. Was previously using the router provided by my wifi provider. I could swear my streaming down load speeds are significantly faster. Very happy so far.

Started Off Rough Seems to be a Little Better

When i first went to set up this router it wouldn't recognize the internet and kept saying it couldn't connect to the internet. Even though the internet light was illuminated. I finally got it to connect and set it up through the app. Which runs as fast as molasses in January. Once set up for the first two days I had to reset the device every 2hrs to stay connected to the internet on my other devices. I ended up running an update manually through my computer plugged into the device because it wouldn't update through its own app. This seems to have fixed my connectivity problem. It still refuses to connect to its own app. fairly unimpressed with this router. I'm giving it one more week before i replace it with a cheap TP Link.

Amazing coverage and speed

Bought this to upgrade an older router. The R7000P has fantastic coverage and speed throughout my house. Setup was fairly easy. The only hassle was having to create an account to get it set up. Just seems like an attempt at gathering personal data.
