Seems to work good and is a quick router for our home office requirements. We use it to run 3 PC's and Voip phones plus streaming TV's.

Easy set up and great speed

Had an older netgear wifi router. Upgraded my internet speed so went looking for another Netgear. Read reviews and the R700P was highly rated. Setup was straight forward and easy. Liked the feature that combines the speeds for best performance.

This router was very easy to set up - with my personal modem - also Netgear. The range works great from any location in my home (2500 sq. ft.) without any boosters. Great product!
