Lots of blocked websites without much explanation

Router was simple to install and setup. The CyberSecurity app was also easy to activate. We are getting many notifications regarding possible spam websites but little or know explanation of details. Wish they would provide more information about why we are getting these notifications.

So far, I like it. There are many great ways to manage my network, including the 3 years of Armor for free and Disney Circle, which seems to be working quite well at managing my network.

Netgear nightghawk RS400

My Apple AirPort Extreme was on its way out and since it has been discontinued I needed to change up. The RS400 seemed like a great deal with the 3yr Armor security included. Setup was easy, but requires the Nighthawk App. Would have preferred to do this directly through the computer. The only reason I did not give this a 5 star rating is because I also had to download a print manager (Netgear USB Control Center) on each of my computers to use my USB printer, and this requires you to disconnect before switching computers. After using Airport routers for years, which did not require additional software, this just seems like unnecessary busy work. All of that being said, I would still recommend this router as a good alternative to Airport.

A speedy machine

My new Nighthawk router is a vast improvement over my previous machine. I matched the router with a Nighthawk extender. The result is a seamless streaming experience.
