Best upgrade ever

Ive had and tried a few routers in my time, but not a single one can hold a candle to this masterpiece. I run numerous consoles, computers and various wifi devices from this beast (most of which simultaneously) with no degredation or compromise to bandwidth nor speed. I can think of no better router... well aside from netgears gaming router, but i could not afford it yet. Someday maybe, but the ac2300 is more than capable for what i throw at it. Couldnt be happier with my purchase!

Easy and effective

This router is easy to set up and the management suite that comes with it makes it very easy to manage and customize your network. You can get as hands-on with the specific settings or just let it take care of the heavy lifting on its own. It's done a great job of preventing game killing lag even with multiple devices connecting to it simultaneously. It has a rather reasonable pricetag too. Strongly recommend for any gamers or people that need a solid connection with multiple devices

Awesome Router

I replaced my outdated router with this one after researching and reading reviews. Having 2 of us that work from home at times and multiple Wifi devices (smart tv, smart thermostat, Skybell doorbell, satellite boxes, phones, printer, NAS drive, etc.), I couldn't be happier with the performance. The config tool is easy to use and assign static IP addresses to certain devices. It extended the range immensely as well as reliability of our home network. Highly recommend this router!

Great product

Cut the cord for cable and upgraded my internet for streaming and was looking for a router to handle Fios gigait. My old router was some trash. I have a 2 level home and would get spotty service upstairs. With this device i get complete coverage even in my yard.The included app is awesome with managing how many devices are using your wifi (which you can turn off and on from the app), and even allow guests to join. If you are upgrading your internet or need a new router this is the one.

Very fast

Everything about this router is awesome. We recently finished our basement and our old router wasn't reaching our phones and tv that great when we were in the basement. Everything took a minute to load and it was very frustrating. This new router reaches everything in the basement and has greatly improved our internet speed. I didn't know the internet could load so fast! The installation was quick and easy; it took less than an hour to get it installed and all my devices connected.

We purchased the Netgear Nighthawk AC2300. After using the IPs router for the past 2 years and having frequent loss of wifi, we decided to go in on a Netgear item. After debating between a few, we decided on the AC2300 for the capabilities it had along with the reasonable price tag. We have not been disappointed. It runs great, has a smooth wifi connection for our many in home devices and we couldn't be happier with our product. You rock Netgear! Thank you for making outstanding products!

Best, Easy, Reliable

Purchased this router when my old router died. I'm so glad I picked this out of the crowd. I was worried that it would take me days to get my home network (2 desktops & mobile devices) back up and running. NOPE! Once the app was download it was less than 1 hour for full set up. After a week I found through my desktop the ability to turn off the LED lights on the router! A small but important feature for those of us who's router isn't hidden. Solid router with easy, and powerful features.

Amazing but....

The nighthawk has provided me with amazing wireless connection with amazing range. The range of the nighthawk is what really drew me to it in the first place and trust me, my expectations were exceeded. The nighthawk ranges, for me, a good 50-60 yards. The only drawback is I have been having trouble with wired connections to the router itself losing internet off and on. I'm not sure if I missed a setting while setting up? Beside that I still would give the nighthawk 5 stars all the way!!!
