Finally my kids stopped complaining...

I have a 2600 sq ft house over 2 levels. The cable connection is at one end of the house and the old router just wasn't working. I bought the Netgear Nighthawk after my kids told me we were not longer the 'cool house' because our wifi was so bad! Now it works perfectly in the whole house. The kids all get a separate channel and my Dad's bonus is that I get to shut down the connection to their devices from my mobile! Just made for parents with screen addicted teens!

Handles all of my household wireless internet traffic with ease. The router user interface is straight forward and not convoluted like competitors. I was easily able to navigate all of the settings and adjust them to my preferences without any confusion. The included parental controls and app are a bonus for parents intent on safe gaurding their children from the dangers of the internet. So far very pleased with this router and would definitely recommond to anyone.

I live in an area where the internet isn't all that great and signal strength can be shakie at times. I went through the different brands before I bought my nighthawk just to try to reduce the buffering and unstable service. I now have a great connection and a ton of features that make my network accessible and more stable for the same price as most of it's competitors. I'm enjoying my nighthawk and would recommend it to anyone that was looking for a solid router.

Ive only used Netgear as my router, and my old Modem/Router was going bad so I decided to get a new router. Looked around the this looked perfect for what I needed it for. Range is great, connection is always strong and the fact that there is an app to control my settings brings a new experience that makes dealing with anything easier. If youre a hardcore gamer, go for a much higher end model if you have strong bandwith. This is great for streaming and simple online gaming

I have utilized the equipment provided from Xfinity for almost 2 years, it had consist issues and the inability to run/connect to all of the devices in my home. Being a small business owner this was unacceptable. Since i have installed both a netgear modem and router the change in connectivity and speeds has been amazing. Those improvements combined with the fact I am no longer paying installment on a product that i will never own have made this purchase worth every penny.

Great router

I used to have a shotty WiFi signal in most rooms of my house including front and back porch. This was using xfinity rental modem/router. After installing my AC2300 nighthawk router, I now have 5 bars in all aforementioned areas. It also has smart connect which uses both 2.4 and 5 GHz signals and lets devices choose the best signal. This makes it so that only one network shows as available and you always get the best signal. Great router!! I will recommend to all my friends.

Easy Great Performance

Purchased this router as a better wifi solution to the built in router/modem combo from my ISP, and it has worked flawlessly. I read about it's ability to intelligently combine and switch devices' 2.4ghz and 5ghz frequencys and for that function it's been great. The wifi range is stellar as well and reaches about the entire length of my house. The online interface to access the network control is very easy to understand as well. Overall a good experience and easy to use router.

This is an amazing router for the money. Since upgrading to this we have not had any internet connection issues. With my old router, we would have issues with Netflix loading or having poor quality video. With the nighthawk, the video is loading in 1080p and very quickly, and now I can use the other 2 TVs without issues, even the one in the back of the house. Plus this looks awesome. The set up was a breeze and took about 5 mins to be online!! Love netgear. Love the nighthawk...
