Lots of new router features

I love this router. I upgraded from a Netgear r6200 when I was told it was bad (it wasn't). However, I'm glad I did. This thing is blazing fast, great range (no longer need the extended I had), and it has some nice new features like mobile control, parental stuff, QR codes for sharing WiFi, and smart connect.

GREAT for families or households with multiple devices! I have 2 game consoles, 4 smart phones, 2 tablets and an iPad and there is no lag or slow internet EVER! And it's extremely simple to set up and that means a lot coming from me because I'm not good with technology at all. Definitely invest in this router.

Perfect for a plaster lathe house!

Range extenders didn't work. Once installed all devices in every corner of the house were online with no stumbling. My only complaint was the Nighthawk app did not suggest calling my ISP when I could not connect to the Internet. The app only suggested turning off/on the modem and checking the cables to my modem.

Good Signal, Good Management

All my devices (20+, with smart bulbs and switches) have the signal they need to perform the tasks they need to perform. I like the management available with dynamic QOS and the ability to manually set connection priorities. Wouldn't mind a better user interface for the desktop UI or more functionality in the app.

Dependable, uninterruptible streaming now!

We were unaware how little mbps our old router was putting out until we cut the cord to just stream. We quickly found out our router couldn't handle 2+ devices at a time. It was only putting out 7 mbps. Now we get 200+ mbps just like we are getting from our high speed internet provider.. it works wonderful now!

This is an amazing router, not only can it show you the speed test of your internet through the app but it shows you what devices are connected. Very easy to install with step by step instructions. Just so many different features that are easy to use with the app. I love it! I would definitely recommend this router.

Best wireless router

I've had over a dozen routers for my home and business the last 15 years and this is the best router I have ever had by far. The installation was a breeze and the WPS wizard is an added bonus. Logging into my stettings is also very simple especially after downloading the Netgear app, which in my opinion is a must.

Great Step Up

I purchased this router for one main purpose... it contains the Disney Circle integration which helps filter internet sites and can be tailored for different persons in my family. Not only does that feature work to my satisfaction, the router itself is lightning fast. A great step up for internet access at my house.
