Once installed and configured I could definitely tell the difference. I will note, configuration through the app was a pain and not worth using. But connecting and configuring through the web gui was pretty seamless. One up my internet stopped lagging and freezing. I was able to watch Netflix and streaming without issues. I only wish I bought it sooner.

We are very happy with Netgear Nighthawk AC2300.After we downloaded the Nighthawk app installation was a breeze.We run several devices,two iPhones,two iPads and a Roku almost constantly,plus my desktop.This Smart Router handles them all with ease.

I needed a more powerfull router to reach from the downstairs areas to the upper levels of my house. This router turned the connection from around 15mbs to 70mbs
