This router is perfect for when I'm gaming on my Xbox or my pc before I had this I would lag and have a bad gaming experience but now I have no lag and everything runs smoothly!

If you haven't replaced your router in 3-4 years, now is the time. I'd been running a top of the line router that was ~3 years old. (Archer C7) When I replaced it with this, the difference was night and day. Wifi signal is much stronger, speed is hugely improved. The difference is even noticeable during 'light-weight' activities like browsing! Running multiple heavy loads at once doesn't degrade the performance. We can watch netflix, stream steam games, run heavy downloads/vpns/etc for work simultaneously without issue.
