Won’t update firmware

It seems to work, easy set up but it when you select ‘update firmware’ it always shows “Firmware Check Error”. Every time.

Easy Setup, Great Speeds, and Wonderful App

This router has provided all my wants and needs pertaining to Fiber optic internet and it’s signal strength and broadcasting range for both 2.4ghz wifi and 5ghz wifi, I’m sure with Ethernet connections, you’ll actually achieve the speeds your ISP charges you for.

our computer went off, we had nothing, we contacted Netgear they rebooted everything starting with our Ipad and thru and thru everything, they were wonderful.

What I was looking for

I went with Netgear because my previous modem/router was Netgear and ran steady for four years and was still going but I needed to upgrade to increase my internet speed. I needed Netgear to help me switch the channel on setup and their customer service was A . Since setup I haven’t had to touch it and it hangs out performing it’s job unnoticed.

My internet had been failing numerous times per day for weeks. After blaming the provider, I installed this new router and problem seems to be resolved. I am very happy.

AC1750 Review

The unit works really great once you get it set up. I tried for several weeks to set it up unsuccessfully. I downloaded the setup application at least 9 times before the setup completed successfully. The only way I was successful was when I used the application. I really like the way it works now.
