The big names in tech are at it again: creating goods and services specifically designed to be harder to use how you want as opposed to how they want. Look at the differences between v1 of this router and v2.

Less reliable than legacy model

Over the past week, this modem has been less reliable than our outdated modem. Service cuts in and out multiple times a day. The only thing that’s changed is our old router and modem have been replaced by this “improved” all-in-one model.
