Did not extend coverage

Kept kicking my devices off my wifi signal and did not extend my coverage inside my home at all. Caused my router to reboot frequently and my devices to disconnect. Returned after 2 weeks of trying and finally gave up

Horrible

Horrible service with multiple shut downs. My games would lag on my gaming computer unlike the previous ASUS router. Plugged the old one back in and intend to get rid of this router. Did not work well at all.

Need Better Setup Instructions

The product itself works great, my only suggestion is to give much better detailed setup instructions; the most difficult part is getting NetGear devices connected to the local network. I sat on hold for 10-15 minutes, and kept messing with this part of the setup and finally figured it out on my own. And that was only because I had the same issue setting up a NetGear router a couple weeks earlier.

NEGEAR SHOVES TO MUCH DO MY THROUGH LIKE ARMOR. CUT OFF SEVERAL OF MY SITES I USE FOR WORK. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.
