I bought this extended because we put a wifi compatible heater in our gym in the garage away from the house, but the signal was too weak to enable the wifi. I got the set up and now the heater works perfectly worth wifi. The only complaint I have is that during the process of connecting the extended it appears I changed the router administration password and haven’t been able to log into the app used for the extended. There are complicated directions for resolving the issue. I haven’t had time to mess with it yet. Hopefully I can fix it.

just received the router modem combo to use as part of my new Xfinity internet only service. so easy to install, and connect with my other devices (phone, ipad, laptop). only been using 1 week, but love it so far!

All our devices now connect seamlessly through our town house. The Netgear Nighthawk app is a great tool to monitor all connections to the Extender.

Finally an answer to our problem! We have a 2,500 sq ft ranch-style house (long not high). Even with my router in the middle of the house, it didn’t have enough strength to reach the ends. This extender was EASY to set up!! Thank you for that! And it did what it said it would! I had bought a smaller extender earlier that is in the garage now (husband is happy)!! Full secure coverage of the whole 2,500 square ft house!! Thank you!!
