The installation of the extender made no difference in the reach of the wifi.

Great Cable Modem

I bought this modem to work with Xfinity instead of renting one from them. It has worked perfectly until this year. Called tech support and they were awesome in helping me update and get back online.

Solved my problems!

I was having problems in the back half of my home (furthest away from modem and router) and picked up the Netgear AC 1750 Wifi Mesh Extender. What a difference!!! First, it was very easy to set up. Second, signal issues to my devices such as smart TV and Alexa were eliminated and I have not had to reset modem/router once since hooking up the extender. Prior, I had to reset at least every other night. This was a great purchase!

I recently purchased this router since the one I rented from Xfinity wasn’t providing me enough range. This router solved that problem instantly and it was easy setup as well.
