Very bad purchase (so far)

I bought this five days ago because I have a lot of smart home devices and want to expand out internet strength to handle it. Set up using Nighthawk app. Has functioned very sporadically and unreliably since then. Will not connect to 5G. Kicks my laptop, iPad, etc. and Dish Network offline. Especially overnight. My Echo routines no longer work. Terribly, terribly frustrated. I am waiting to see if I get any help after I submitted a Netgear Support order. This has been a terrible experience. I think I made a horrible buying decision.

Stronger on 2.4 g but faster on 5g can go out side and still works the same.and I have concrete walls with metal studs and rebar.thanks netgrear
