the speeds arent matching what is said

i have 1200 mbps plan and was getting that with old modem i was renting so i decided to buy this one because of reviews. i barely get 400 hardwired with ethernet that came included. dont get me started on wifi.

Produce is not easy to pair. I tried it several times on my own with no luck. I was on the phone with customer support for an hour and half and they still extender still would not work. I ended up returning it.

We got this extender to replace an older netgear extender we had. The older one worked fine, it just wasn’t a 5g unit. We needed the 5g because my son plays online games and would complain about “lagging”. He is happy now as are we. Works great! Easy to set up. It was up and running in a matter of minutes. We have it on the other side of the house in the converted garage and the signal is always full bars. That is going through 2 brick walls.
