I purchased this modem/router to avoid paying the monthly fee for a cable modem. It works most of the time. But I question its compatibility with Xfinity/Comcast networks. Time will tell.

Recommend this extender for the price

I’ve always had bad internet connection in my room and other rooms near me because my router is so far from my room. But once I installed this Netgear wifi mesh extender my internet connection has improved tremendously. I’m able to play on my pc with strong internet connection and get around 20-30 ms ping. The speed is great and this wifi extender also has an Ethernet port so I’m able to play on wired connection which makes it 10 times better. I recommend this extender for anyone who experiences lag or bad internet connection.

the speeds arent matching what is said

i have 1200 mbps plan and was getting that with old modem i was renting so i decided to buy this one because of reviews. i barely get 400 hardwired with ethernet that came included. dont get me started on wifi.

Produce is not easy to pair. I tried it several times on my own with no luck. I was on the phone with customer support for an hour and half and they still extender still would not work. I ended up returning it.
