Easy to install from intuitive apps. Had a minor glitch while tested circuit breakers in the house, but fast and competent service staff had me back online in no time.

Connection troubles to WiFi

I’ve had this Modem for about three months now and it works fine, but I still have troubles connecting to the Wi-Fi sometimes.

Could be easier

I had some minor start-up issues. As it turned out, just a button needed engaged. I realize the directions are intended for people more in tune with today’s technology, in this case and betting could easily be in many instances, a simple written troubleshooting guide be included on supplied paperwork would have easily resolved the issue without a long wait on the phone.

Works like a charm!

The wifi in my house is terrible upstars as the router is downstairs. I put the NETGEAR AC1750 in my room and ran an ethernet from it to my xbox one console and I’ve gone from being unable to game to having excellent connection for gameplay. My laptop and iphone seem to load everything quicker as well

Two have broken.

The first one just stopped. Power light went on but nothing happened. Second one worked fine until it started glitching WiFi would be on and off, on and off. I bought the next model up ~ AC1900 and it seems to be working fine. I have an AC 1750 as backup.
