Setting up this modem was very challenging because I had to use the nighthawk app and then called my isp to complete the process. Once it got up and running, it has been doing very well. The app makes it easy to run. It has a dashboard that provides a great view of your Wi-Fi

Terrible Router

When we first purchased the router a little over a year ago, it required resetting at least weekly. This has gotten progressively worse. Yesterday I had to be reset 3 times over a 5 hour period. This is the worst router we’ve ever owned.

Additionally, we have a firmware update for your R6400 which includes a few bug fixes, it was released as recently as 7-28-21: https://kb.netgear.com/000063853/R6400-Firmware-Version-1-0-1-74.
