Good not great

I installed router using the Nighthawk app with out any problems. I let it update the firmware but had connectivity issues with the internet. I had to go back to a previous firmware version to get it to work. So far its great but had to subtract a star for that.

NETGEAR or nothing

I had to upgrade my modem to a DOCSIS 3.1 for my internet package. I had tried a Motorola modem/router combo and had nothing but issues after a few hours so I returned it the next day. I went the route of doing the modem and router seperate so I went with NETGEAR and have had no issues whatsoever. I have a wider coverage with the WiFi that I expected and the Nighthawk App makes it easy to monitor my network.

Filled our house with “good” or “excellent” signal strength to every connected device, including all the smart plugs. Helped with setting up our Apple HomeKit smart devices. Happy.

Great and easy setup

Have had it for about 2 weeks now and it was extremely easy to setup and use. Connecting devices to the WiFi, they don’t even know the difference between the extender and the router. They connect to the extender and it then connects them to the WiFi router seamlessly. Worth the purchase
