Stopped working after 4 months

The router was great until it stopped working 4 months after purchase. Customer service was good but the time frame for phone technical support just expired (conveniently). I was given a one time courtesy free phone technical support but had to wait 15 minutes before someone was able to help me. Netgear is sending a new device replacement.

Good unit

While I’m very happy with the performance of router, the set up instructions left a lot to be desired. Fortunately the young lady I got on the support line was extremely helpful and patient. She stuck with me through a tedious update process and made sure I was up and running before ending my call. Without her help I’d have been in a quandary.

Product works well. A few problems initially, but all were overcome. You should place more emphasis on implementing the product app, as you cannot successfully launch the device unless you register it at the outset. We missed that and it gave us problems from the outset. We called in and your rep. helped us complete the setup.

Easy to setup device with good range of network

This device is very easy to set up. Along with easy usability, it also has a great range of wifi connectivity. 10-15 devices can use the wifi simultaneously with no connection issues. Overall a great product!
