Bottlenecking my network to 200mbs looked for fixes. None worked for this common issue. Bought an Asus problem solved.

NETGEAR produced a viable networking WiFi router for a small office with this XR300. This may be designed with a gaming intent; however, its performance and security having proven to be more than adequate for our office network.

This modem router combo proved to be a little difficult to set up at first. I am using it with Xfinity internet and had trouble working with the two apps to set up. I am not tech savvy at all. But, after some perseverance and patience it is all set up and very easy to use since!
