Not really worth it

Kind of a pain to get set up and it only increased my wifi speed by approximately 15mbps to the part of my house that’s a dead spot

Excellent Product

I’d long regretted not having adequate WiFi coverage out onto my deck, and I’d put off several summers partly because I didn’t want to spend a lot of money for extenders but mostly because I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of setting it up. This was a reasonable price, I thought; and reviews indicated it’s easy to set up. Indeed it was; it took only a few minutes as I was walked through installation on Netgears’s Nighthawk app. Now I have strong WiFi coverage on the deck and also throughout the house where it had been weak. This is a reasonably-priced extender that has enhanced my quality of life somewhat.

This extender does not work how I thought it would. Instead of helping with the wifi signal, it blocks the computer from being able to connect to the internet.
