Unable to log into genie app

Router works ok seems to overload quicker than the older Motorola we had. I bought this to be able to time each device, which I’m unable to do. I can’t log into the app, it’s unable to identify the router.

Netgear AC1750

I just purchased the Netgear AC1750 router/modem combination and it works leaps and bounds over the equipment I was using from Comcast/Xfinity. If I have any connection drops, it reconnects in seconds, not minutes! I’m glad I purchased my own Netgear equipment as it is far more reliable than leased equipment through my internet service provider.

I’ve used a bunch of routers in my day, but this one is super user friendly and can handle the speed. Set up was a breeze and I love being able to use an app to check my speed

Great Help

Since we live in an area where our internet speed is very slow and our home is spread out, we needed help to extend our wifi. The NEATGEAR Mesh Extender has made it possible for this to happen. Our guests are very happy.

I replaced my Xfinity modem/router with the Netgear C6300v2. What a difference. On my Xbox I was getting download speeds of 170s on the Xfinity modem even with my plan speed of 400. When I upgraded to the Netgear I now get any where from 650 to 700s. My web pages load lightening speed on my iPhone, iPad and computer. I would recommend this to anyone. It works great with Xfinity. My daughter also has one on Spectrum and has great results also.

Several calls to support, 2 hangups, still not able to obtain IP address. Save your money, buy something else!
