Easy to use

Our router was super old and we needed a refresh. This one seemed to be the best option for us as a household. It has the capability to do more however it’s not required. It was SUPER easy to setup. I remember trying to setup past routers and it was always so frustrating however this one is basically plug in and go! So far it’s working great.

I needed technical support to install this router, and Netgear provided it as requested. They did a great job. After the initial installation, I was able to sign in all of my devices. The router has worked without a problem since the installation.

GREAT HELP

For some weird reason, I had some difficulty installing my router and having my Fire stick attach to it. The technician I spoke with was wonderful. He was extremely patient, very thorough as he talked me through the installation, and was ever so kind. Now, I love my router and it has given no problems with any of my devices. Upstairs tv has no issues with receiving wifi.

Adequate for small home

Improved range to the back of a small home, but inconsistent network delivery. Set up was straightforward, although app had some temporary trouble connecting. Not overly impressed by unit, but it gets the job done adequately enough.
