Poor packing

The equipment is fine. It works well. But it is beyond me why it would be packed with the sticker that has the necessary QR code, username, and password on the OUTSIDE of the plastic that is meant to be stripped away and discarded. I peeled off the plastic when I set up the unit, seeing that it would impede the ventilation if it had been left in place. Much, much later I realized that the sticker with the QR code and the username/password was on that plastic which had been thrown out. PLEASE, for the sake of future customers, PUT THAT STICKER DIRECTLY ON THE UNIT, NOT ON THE PLASTIC COVERING THAT IS MEANT TO BE REMOVED AND THROWN AWAY!

A great product that’s easy to set up

This has been great so far. We have wifi throughout the entire apartment and have been able to stream just fine. My only complaint is it is hard to connect to at times. Overall it’s been great.

There were dead spots in my house, specifically my bedroom (across the house from the router) and it was so frustrating. I put the NETGEAR AC1750 Mesh Extender on an outlet directly between the dead spot and the router and now my bedroom has great wifi connection. I used the app to set it up and it was pretty straightforward.
