I am not good with computers. I had some trouble connecting our wireless printer to the network, had to get my daughter to help. Working great now. I had no trouble getting all the other devices onto the network.

Install was difficult

The extender works great! The only difficulty with it is getting it installed. The instructions are not clear and it took several times with trial and error to get it to connect. I am using the app but had to initially use the WPS to connect it.

Relatively frustration free

I was hesitant to NOT use my cable company router and modem. Decided I wanted my own and found this router worked well with the modem I purchased. The netgear staff were great as well. Thanks!
