Changing this router has greatly improved the ability to stay connected. I was always losing my wi-fi connection with my old router, so this one is a vast improvement.

Awesome extender

Recently had to replace an older desktop extender and chose this AC1750. Was a little concerned about set up after reading reviews but it was a very simple setup and within 5 minutes the extender was working. The product did exactly was I needed!

Stopped working after 1.5 years.

Length of ownership:1 year or longer
The product worked well to create a good network but didnt work well as an extender. Stuck in a boot mode now and will not work even after reflashing firmware. I would hope your product would last more than just 1 year. Disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy Set Up

Had to replace our modem/router when the one Comcast abruptly stopped working. Neither Comcast nor Netgear wanted to take responsibility for the faulty modem. Purchasing my own and setting it up was pretty straight forward. Had some problems pairing my air printer but worked through it. Signal seems stronger throughout the house.
