The extender is very powerful and has been very helpful to extend the strength of the WiFi in my second floor throughout all the rooms . Very easy to install through the app .

Excellent connection speeds!

Just finished installing this with the help of your phone customer service. The agent was very patient and extremely knolwledgeable! I now have speeds exceding 220mbps. My best speed previously was 75mbps, and I thought I was happy with that. I was surprised and am very pleased with this as my choice!! Highly recommend!!

Modem Router Firmware Issue

I never had problems with my Netgear Modem Router until recently when my WiFi keeps disconnecting. My internet service provider informed me there is an unstable connection because my Netgear firmware is not updated. They can not update it because it is not their equipment. I have tried several times to update it myself through the Netgear website instructions and through the mobile app, but nothing has worked. There should be an easier way to update my Netgear modem router.

Playing Catchup to a Very Smart Router

Out of the box I hooked this jewel up exactly like my previous Netgear router that lasted eight years and everything started working. Then I began the exploration on reserving IP addresses for reference on communications of LAN computers with each other. That took a little bit of time using downloaded User Guide but became clear shortly and now we are running in the background with no problems.
