I recently purchased my extender and after setup I believed it was not working properly as described. After doing a live chat session and several minutes later and numerous suggestions to resolve my perceived issue. I realized the extender was working properly and it was me mixing up my cellular bars signal strength with my wifi bars. Netgear rep was AWESOME throughout the session!
