I had an old modem for awhile and it kept causing my internet to drop. Since I’ve gotten this one I haven’t had any issues, and it’s very helpful that I can hardwire devices to it or use its WiFi.

We moved into an area with lack of reception. Took just a few minutes to hook up. Works unbelievably. No more issues of "No internet, please reconnect"
