Made to break

Length of ownership:6 months
This product is made to only last till the 90 day warranty expires. Had the router for 4 months maybe and now it can't put out more than 80-90Mbps. It isn't the internet provider because I'm getting over 400Mbps through the modem. If you have any questions about trying to troubleshoot the issue with the product you purchase from them, they try and charge you more money to be told how to fix the issues yourself. In my opinion that's a joke. You buy from them, it has issues, you pay more to do it yourself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Connection great

Very easy to setup. Provides great coverage through my home. Are TVs use the internet for streaming and not to mention I now work from home. No issues since switching to this router. It was recommended by our TV provider instead of renting a router from them every month that we would never own. This was perfect solution.

Lightening Fast

This took me a little longer to set up than I thought it would. But, was my fault, as I forgot to turn off my old Netgear router. The Genie picked this one up and and could not get it to work. Plus you must follow everything step by step. Still had a problem with the internet, so I had to call my provider,Spectrum. The setup was stopped at the last step and would not connect to the internet. Once that was fixed by Spectrum it was all set. My speed was not faster at first. I had to change channels first. Then I got the 200 speed over Wi-Fi. I get 250 on the Ethernet cable. It has been constantly fast ever since. I would highly recommend this router. I have 7 devices on my network.

Well packaged, the phone app has very clear directions on how to install. Was a great option to provide internet to my 2nd floor
