Hard to set up

Instructions don’t explain the unit well. I’m not sure if I worked be better to use it as “source point” or an “extender”. Set it all up on the app. Two days later it crashed. Went back to the app and everything was gone. Had to create the account all over again.

this item would not hepl increase the wifi 25 ft to extend to our bedroom on the same floor

Works OK. Not Only getting medium strength signal while 10 feet away from it. Also. Impossible for the average schmo to set up. Knock it off with all the insructions in pure geek speak. I had to set up for a dozen people who are tech savvy. Dont tell me you cant make it easier. Bring back Genie also. Nighthawk app. doesnt work and drains phone battery in minutes. Suppose you dont have a phone? Bill Gates would be frustrated. Your selling these products to the average consumer that doesnt have a masters in comp. engineering. Get with the program !

Simple and straightforward

I needed a second floor Extender for our two-story 3500 square-foot house. We have the new spectrum mesh router and I was concerned that it would not match to mesh of different brands. I had no problem downloading the app or setting it up I am very happy with it

The most difficult router I’ve ever experienced!

It was working fine until a day later after use it constantly disconnects and once the WiFi is off you are unable to use the app itself to fix it. The coverage sucks as well. The app doesn’t help a bit keeps kicking me out
