I bought my first router from Netgear in 2012 and just upgraded to the Ac1750. Insane what an upgrade this is from the old one. I have had it only a few days and its flying and stable so far.

The device works great in the upstairs house. I’m able to get about half of my internet’s mbps from down stairs. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star was the set up. It was a bit frustrating.

Netgear the Best gear

Best Router ever owned so far. After upgrading ISP I had to Replaced my 10yr old Apple Time Capsule to get the full benefit of high speed. Way easy to install and no need to reset and update my smart home devices. Bravo Netgear!

Disappointed

We own a Netgear 6700v3 at home. We’ve had it for four years and have no issues. So when we needed a router/modem for our vacation home it was a no brainer to get netgear again. However the one we got did not work at all and had to be returned. And the second one we got kept losing 2.4. So needless to say we return that one too. We are done with Netgear it seems the quality is just not up to par anymore.

Improved but not great

Installed the device as directed and with great expectations but we still have intermittent problems with connectivity in areas close to the extender .
