Got it, couldn’t set it up by myself. Was on the phone for 4 hours troubleshooting with them. Finally got it set up and it still didn’t work so I returned it.

I hook it up in my room because my room is father from router and then I hooked a Ethernet port to back of it to my ps4 and I have not lagged since.
