Not what I was expecting

When I purchased the unit, the box stated that it has parental controls and other features, however I am not able to do anything EXCEPT turn connections off and on. Also the Nighthhawk app is clunky and a real disappointment.

I have had a number of different routers in mt place and none would reach my bedroom. I believe it to be due to the construction materials of my older condo. My R6400 os amazing and I have no issues reaching my bedroom.
