coverage in my home was sporadic and trying to get what we needed connected was always a nightmare. So when my old router died decided to just buy one on my own instead of being provided by my internet provider. Wow what a difference this router is my computer when upstairs now actually connects to the 5G and works so much better than it ever has. Very happy with this router. Set up was also easy, if you can work your smart phone you can set this up. Netgear is also there if you need them I got a pop up from the app that said "you seem to be setting up a new router, click here if you would like some help".

I’ve have it for about a week now. Set up was super easy and range is better than the Spectrum one I had. Definitely happy with it so far!

This has been one of the easiest routers that I have gotten to use. From setting up to using the app to control whats running on the router. Iv had multiple different routers and this has been hands down the best one iv used.

Modem offline

Moden constantly goes offline. We have called several times and the issue is temporarily fixed but it happens again.
