easy to set up, good functionality

This product was very easy to set up. I only had to download and app on my phone and then scan a code from the router - boom, done! After about 10 days of use, the functionality has been good as well. No complaints!!

I absolutely love this router!! It works wonders in our 1800sq ft home and comes with a built in security that you can see in action. I can even control our WiFi from my phone. Great product for a great price.

Hard to set up

I thought setup was going to be easy through the app, but it ended up taking 2 hours to get the internet working. NetGear does not have a customer service phone number you can call, and my internet provider (Spectrum) verified the issue was not on their end.

R6400v2 Netgear router

After I moved into my new house, I had issues with my old D-Link router with WiFi range. So I bought this new Netgear R6400v2, and amazing it not only fixed the WiFi range(basement to backyard), but the download speed when you connect to 5g option is unbeatable. I feel my wireless devices are working much faster as it supposed to be.
