Problems with settings

I had problems with the settings on the router... talked to tech support and they did factory reset and then the wifi stopped working... I am returning to netgear for replacement... waiting on the return label to come in the mail... hopefully I get a new one and it works for me this time so I can give better review...

When I got a new roommate we were having problems with lag when we both started playing. But as soon as I hooked up the nighthawk pro gaming wifi router, lag was a thing of the past!
