Product is working fine. Instructions to setup the router are very vague. Basically useless. Thank goodness I had a seasoned Cox communications tech or I never could have set this product up. Very little help from NETGEAR.

Awesome Wireless Router

I’ve been having issues with the wireless routers from the internet provider. My son kept lagging on his Xbox games. After making this purchase the issues were fixed immediately.

Works well! Multiple users streaming on it. Like the parent controls. Great upgrade. Had my last netgear router for over 8 years. Worked good up until we replaced it.

Major Upgrade Beyond Compare

We’d been on an ancient modem and router and finally made an upgrade to a dual band router from Netgear to help accommodate splitting our activities during shelter in place. Now we never have a dropped zoom meeting for work, my web development services never kick off my wife from her video games or laptop, and our streaming services continue to perform as expected. Thanks Netgear!!

Setup was quick. Like the Nighthawk app as I can lockdown the router, and I can also quickly and individually shutdown my kids’ access to WIFI when I want to. I’d like it to be automated so that it locks them out after 10 PM.
