Its a big step up from an older router. handles a medium-sized house needs well. Help desk was a bit of a pain as we tried to get it hooked up. Finally had the nieghborhood tech geek solve the issues

Install was easy

The install was easy appreciated the step by step instructions. There was a step where I chose the wrong selection (missed new set up) and could not go back to correct. It worked out as I was able to set up after all. Speeds are fast.

Amazing Speed

The speed of this router is not even comparable to the speed of my last router in the best way! It’s so fast and I’ve had no issues. When I had to contact support they were very helpful and quick to answer all my questions. I also love how I can check on my router through the NETGEAR Nighthawk app! Super helpful!
