Easy to set up, good functioning

I am not technically talented with modems and routers. Therefore setting up a new DSL modem and a wireless router on my own seemed daunting at first. I combined the D-link modem with the Netgear WiFi router and found the setup to be easy and convenient. No complications. The WiFi and LAN work well. I recommend this product for anybody living in rural areas where only DSL is available. The protection software seems to work, reporting potential attempts, why anybody wants to access it is beyond me.

eliminated weak spots

I had an older netgear router and since we "cut the cord" , we had spots in the house with poor reception. Our house is 1300 sq ft and with the new router, we have excellant wifi throughout.

During the time I’ve had this modem/router I’ve been pretty happy with its performance. It can handle high speeds as well as multiple devices on the network. And I’ve had this device for several years now which shows that NETGEAR products last, and they have a good reputation. I’m due for an upgrade but I may hang onto my c6300 a little longer.
