Great Customer Service

Set up per the instructions left much to be desired and gave the impression that if I named my new router the same as my old one and used the same password that I would not have to re-link all my devices (smart TV’s, phones, iPads, printers, etc) that was not the case. I did call customer service that they were patient with installation process.

After programing the AC1750 in all my computers went from 1 bar to 5 bars.

We always had trouble with our old extender. It finally stopped working so we needed to buy a new one. I picked up the EX6250 and have been happy ever since. It not only is always connected but seems to have a much better range.
